Scope: Conceptualizing, designing, and execution for Turnkey Architectural Design and Renovation Projects.
PAYMENT PROCESS
Retainer fee upon Project Confirmation (10% or a Fixed Amount if Scope is Not Detailed Out)
Upon project initiation and once the project scope and details are confirmed, a retainer fee is due to formalize our engagement and align on project objectives and timelines to confirm the commitment and to cover preliminary costs. This secures your place in our schedule.
Stage scope: Project briefing, site study, initial agreement, scope confirmation, and contract.

Conceptual Design (15%)
This phase includes research, site analysis, and initial design concepts. It’s all about shaping your vision into a feasible design that sets the foundation for the project. ​
Stage scope: Site analysis, zoning, massing, and preliminary sketches.
Schematic Layout plans and 3D visualization (30%)
We move forward with refined layouts, detailed floor plans, and 3D visualizations, allowing you to see a virtual representation of the final product.
Stage Scope: Floor plans, sections, elevations, and 3D renders.
Detailed Drawing and Execution (40%)
At this stage, all the fine details come together. This includes finalizing construction drawings, and preparing for the execution phase, ensuring all elements are ready for implementation.
Stage Scope: Construction documents, structural coordination, and approvals.
Final Handover (5%)
Upon completion, we conduct a final walkthrough and provide all relevant documentation and support to ensure the successful handover of the project.
Stage Scope: Project completion, site supervision reports, and as-built drawings.
