This factory office building is a result of a deep engagement with the operational workflow of the industrial process it supports. The design emerged from a clear understanding of how people, materials, and information move through the site, allowing the architecture to facilitate efficiency, clarity, and comfort.
The building employs a palette of exposed concrete, brick, and steel — materials chosen for their durability, low maintenance, and contextual relevance. Open floorplates, double-height volumes, and large fenestration ensure ample natural light and ventilation, supporting worker well-being in a demanding work environment.
Alternative construction methods such as dry brick stacking, exposed structural concrete, and prefabricated steel components were explored to accelerate timelines and optimize resources. Vertical green pockets soften the industrial character while contributing to thermal comfort.
This project is a reflection of how industrial architecture can move beyond the purely functional — by responding to workflow, embracing material honesty, and creating spaces that support both productivity and people.
