The renovation design of the existing office building into an Airbnb incorporates an accessible and inclusive spatial layout, ensuring comfort and usability for diverse user groups. Central to the concept is the thoughtful incorporation of upcycled and refurbished antique furniture, bringing character and a sense of timelessness to the interiors. 

This modern commercial building is a refined expression of minimalist geometry and warm materiality. Spread across three floors, the design integrates clean concrete lines, exposed brick, and a rhythmic vertical timber screen that lends both solar shading and visual interest to the façade.

This renovation project reinterprets the traditional school environment by introducing openness, natural light, and modular volumes that foster exploration and engagement. Bold red perforated blocks act as spatial markers—elevated volumes that float above the courtyards, creating shaded zones and encouraging natural airflow.
