Villa 62 is a pioneering residential project that integrates Universal Design principles with a warm, contemporary aesthetic. Its neutral color palette and modern design language create a serene, sophisticated living environment that prioritizes comfort, dignity, and ease of use for all.

​This vibrant and thoughtfully designed indoor play structure serves as a dynamic environment to support early childhood development through movement and exploration. Created in close consultation with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, the space encourages gross motor coordination, balance, sensory integration, and confidence-building in young children.

This project is a deeply sensitive and user-centric renovation project for a multigenerational household, tailored to meet the unique and evolving needs of its members—particularly the primary elderly resident living with both physical (limb amputation) and cognitive (dementia) impairment. The home also accommodates ageing parents, a middle-aged working couple, and growing children.
